Returns

We do not accept returns. Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase.

 

Damages and Issues

If your product arrives damaged or broken, we will issue a full refund. To do so:

  1. Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@liftnutrition.ca if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.
  2. Provide a photo of the damaged product and your order number.
  3. After verification, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received your email and assessed the issue, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company may take some additional time.
